Coagulation necrosis in the testis due to testicular leiomyoma

Abstract – Leiomyoma of the testis is extremely rare, and the fifth case of leiomyoma of the testicular tunica albuginea is reported. We report a leiomyoma originating from the tunica albuginea of the left testis and causing coagulation necrosis in seminiferous tubules of the testis.
