Sono analizzati i momenti psicologici non solo dei pazienti ma anche dei loro familiari e dello stesso personale sanitario, convergenti verso il miglioramento dello stato d'animo degli ammalati, ma anche verso propri atteggiamenti d’adattamento o di difesa. Parole chiave: carcinoma prostatico - psicologia - psichiatria. Abstract – The authors report their observations merging them with some thoughts compared with the experience of others. In this report all the psychological moments, not only those of the patients, but of their relatives and also of the actual medical staff are analysed. These moments converge not only towards the improvement of the psychological conditions of the patients, but also towards their own attitudes of adaptation or defence.
