"UROLOGIA" is an lnternational Journal, official
mouth-piece of the North ltalian Urological Society, the New Urological Society, the
Triveneta Association of Urology, the Triveneto Urodynamics Club, the North East
Uro-oncological Group, the Siculo Calabra Urological Society and the Emilia Romagna

The Journal "UROLOGIA" publishes original articles in Italian or
English, which should be sent to the Editor Prof. Giuseppe Anselmo - Piazza Ospedale -
31100 Treviso (Italy) - tel. 0422/322304 - fax 0422/322305. Papers must not have been
published elsewhere and it is the Authors' responsibility to obtain written permission,
which must be enclosed, to reproduce illustrations or tables from other publications. Manuscripts Papers should be typewritten in double spacing with progressively numbered pages. Two copies of the manuscript and illustrations (photographs, tables, graphs, etc.) should be submitted, which remain the property of the Journal.
The title page should give the title of the article, Author(s) name and surname, the Department and lnstitution (marked with asterisks for different Institutions), the name, surname and address of the Author to whom correspondence should be sent.
An Abstract of not more than 150 words outlining the aim, method and conclusions of the study must precede the main text with a maximum of 5 "key words".
The main text should be set out as follows: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion or Conclusion and References (only essential ones).
References (including illustrations and tables) should be
numbered, using arabic numerals in brackets, in the order in which they are first
mentioned in the Text and repeated in the list of References at the end of the paper.
Black and white or colour illustrations must be very clear and well-defined in order to reproduce an efficient print. The number of the illustration, the first Author's surname and the "top" of the illustration should be indicated on the back, and the place for insertion in the text must also be clearly indicated; relative legends should be typewritten on the same sheet.
The place for insertion in the text of tables complete with legends and numbered should be clearly indicated. The tables shouid be prepared on separate sheets. Slides of illustrative materials (illustrations, tables, graphs, etc.) will not be accepted, only prints.
The title page shouid give the title of the article,

different Institutions), an Abstract (not more than 50 words), a maximum of 3 "key
words", the name, surname and address of the Author to whom correspondence should be
sent.
Galley proofs are sent for correction to the Author and shouid be limited to printer's errors, (alterations will be deleted). The proofs should be returned to the EDITORIALE UROLOGIA within 7 days. Return of the proofs authorises publication of the work and frees the Editor from any contestation. Should the proofs not be returned within this time limit, they will be corrected by the Editorial Staff, who accept no responsibility. A form for ordering off-prints and stating method of payment wil be sent with the proofs to the Author and should also be returned within 7 days to the EDITORIALE UROLOGIA, Viale della Liberazione, 40 ~ 31030 Dosson / Treviso (ltaly), duly signed and dated.
Manuscripts should be accompanied by a statement of transfer
of copyright, signed and dated by the first Author, as follows: "Copyright of the
articie entitled: .... if published, is hereby transferred to the publishers UROLOGIA -
Treviso. I sign this statement also on behaff of the coauthors".
